BetCom Rules
Any
Betcom gambler who knowingly provides false or inaccurate
sports betting and
casino wagering account information or attempts in any way to defraud
Betcom will result in cancellation of your
Betcom sports book and
casino account. All balances will be held by
Betcom.
- Betcom reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager placed by a gambler prior to acceptance. Any wager made on Betcom without adequate funds in a gamblers Betcom sports book and casino account will be voided. Betcom cannot be held responsible for any typing or human error when posting odds, lines or pointspreads other than those intended.
- Betcom reserves the right to limit or refuse any sportsbook or casino wager from “wiseguys”, “scalpers”, “beards”, “middlers” and or, any gambler other than casual recreational gamblers.
- The minimum Betcom wager is $25 via call Center. To find out what the maximum Betcom wager on sportsbook is, contact the Betcom call center or the Betcom live chat customer support. The minimum Betcom wager via the internet is $5. The maximum Betcom wager is $2000 at the Betcom website. The maximum sportsbook contest, proposition or future wager is $500.
- Betcom requires gamblers placing wagers on sportsbooks and at the virtual casino to identify themselves by Betcom Personal Identification Number (PIN #) and password before obtaining odds, placing wagers or verifying account balances.
- Betcom requires gamblers to verify their sports betting and casino account balances on each call or to log into their Betcom sports book and casino account located at Betcom. When a Betcom gambler verifies and accepts their sportsbook wagering account balance, that gambler agrees that all previous transactions are correct. All disputes and claims with Betcom must be settled prior to placing wagers. All disputes and claims must be addressed with Betcom by a gambler within 7 (seven) days from the date of wager. Betcom digitally records and archives all gamblers’ wagers. These recordings and archived records will be used only to resolve discrepancies gamblers have with Betcom. Betcom Recordings and archived records shall serve as the final determination of any dispute and all wagers adjusted accordingly.

- Betcom Call Center Gamblers
When placing wagers through the Betcom call center, once the Betcom customer service rep reads back a gamblers wager, that read back is final. The Betcom ticket writer will read back the gamblers wager. If the read back or sports bet confirmation is correct, the Betcom gambler must re-confirm wagers by stating their Betcom PIN number thus making wagers final.
If a Betcom gambler confirms a read back where the ticket writer made a mistake, the sportsbook wager is final. It is the responsibility of the Betcom gambler to correct any errors during the Betcom ticket reader read back.
In the event a Betcom gambler does not hear the Betcom ticket readers read back due to technical difficulties (disconnections, etc.) it is the Betcom gamblers responsibility to call Betcom at 1-800-213-3370 immediately to confirm wager or the wager will be entered as understood by the ticket writer. In a case of a discrepancy with Betcom, the archived recording of said transaction will determine the wager type and wager amount placed on Betcom by the gambler.
- Betcom Internet Gamblers
Betcom internet gamblers will confirm their sports book wager by entering their sports book and casino wagering account password. All Betcom sportsbook wagers are final. If a Betcom Internet gambler confirms a wager that he/she did not intend to make, the Betcom Internet gambler must immediately call the Betcom wagering department at 1-800-213-3370 and the wager will be deleted at the line manager's discretion only. Betcom cannot and will not be held liable for Betcom Internet gamblers mistakes.
It is the Betcom gamblers responsibility to check their Betcom sports betting and casino wagering account for pending wagers immediately after placing wagers on the Betcom web site to ensure the gambler confirmed the wager. If the Betcom wager is not in the gamblers pending bets file then the Betcom gambler does not have a wager and forgot to confirm wager by entering password. The Betcom gambler must re-enter the wager and confirm with password to have a valid wager on Betcom.
- Betcom reserves the right to add, delete or change the Betcom house wagering rules or payoff odds.
- Nevada Gaming Commission rules apply to any wager or discrepancy not covered by the rules and regulations herein.
- Anyone under 18 years of age is not allowed to place wagers on Betcom. Minors placing wagers on Betcom is strictly prohibited.
- All Betcom listed sports betting sporting events must be played on the date listed on Betcom location as scheduled unless otherwise specified. Any sports betting event postponed, rescheduled or moved to another location will automatically constitute "No Action" by Betcom.
